Bonnie, RDH
Bonnie, RDH
Bonnie joined Midlothian Family Dentistry in 2008, just two days after moving to Richmond from Maine, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene from The University of Maine, Orono. Bonnie is a past member of the Academy of Laser Dentistry and is dedicated to thorough dental care of her patients. Bonnie practices Yoga and enjoys kayaking and river rafting. When not working out, she competes in Tough Mountain Challenges across the country and enjoys traveling. She and her husband have one son and a daughter-in-law.

Colleen, RDH
Colleen joined Midlothian Family Dentistry in 2009 and has been in dentistry for over 26 years. She was inducted into Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society in 1998 while earning her undergraduate degree from John Tyler Community College in Chester, VA. She then went on to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene from Virginia Commonwealth University, graduating Cum Laude in 2001. Colleen is committed to her patient’s oral health and believes oral health is the window to great general health. She uses her commitment to MFD as an educator and advocate for patients in their personal journey to gain excellent dental health. Colleen’s passions are career and family. She enjoys the Virginia summers by the pool, excursions to the beach, working in her yard, and taking on home improvement projects. She is the proud mom of two wonderful children, two rescue dogs, and of course, a hamster!

Katlyn, RDH
As a Richmond native, it was only natural for Katlyn to gain a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene at Virginia Commonwealth University. In addition, Katlyn has gained credentials in the administration of local anesthesia, nitrous-oxide sedation, and laser therapy. Katlyn began her career in dentistry as a dental assistant in 2015 where she then continually expanded her experience and education into the field of dental hygiene. As an RDH, she’s found her true passion in providing preventative dental care. Outside of dentistry, Katlyn enjoys live music, traveling, being in nature and simply spending time with her pup Lucky.

Delorias, RDH
Delorias, RDH
In addition to seven years of customer service experience, Delorias has earned two bachelor’s degrees from Virginia Commonwealth University including a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene and a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She has provided a variety of dental hygiene services throughout the community including adult and child prophylaxes, non-surgical periodontal therapies, sealant placements, and fluoride treatments. She is also certified in the administration of local anesthesia, nitrous oxide, laser therapy, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). As a dedicated health professional, she understands the value of sustaining meaningful patient care relationships and creating a friendly, safe, and judgment-free environment. Delorias takes pride in her ability to ensure patient comfort by genuinely expressing patience and compassion toward each and every one of her patients. Outside of the dental office, Delorias enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones, engaging in new experiences, and exploring nature in its purest form year-round.

Kendalle has been a Registered Dental Hygienist in practice for almost 10 years. She graduated from Old Dominion University in 2015 where she received her Bachelor Of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. She is certified in local anesthesia, nitrous-oxide sedation, and laser therapy. Her passion for dental health and compassion for her patients, provides for a very fulfilling career!
Kendalle was born in Montpelier, VA and recently moved to the Midlothian area with her fiancé, Tyler! When not working, Kendalle and Tyler enjoy camping at Kerr lake, riding paddle boards on Swift Creek Reservoir and doing CrossFit workouts together. They have a cute fur kitty named Captain Crunch, that keeps them on their toes!

Sage joined Midlothian Family Dentistry in 2024 after moving from Colorado, where she earned her Associate’s of Dental Hygiene from Concorde Career College. She also has a Bachelor’s in Health Policy and Administration, and is dedicated to helping patients gain access to necessary preventative care, whether over the phone or in the chair. Sage is committed to creating comforting, no judgement visits to the dental office for every patient and believes that everyone deserves high-quality care.
Out of the office, Sage enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her husband, dog, and two cats.

Melissa, RDH
Melissa has been a dental hygienist for 21 years and is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, where she is originally from, and continually pursues advanced training to stay current on the latest techniques in preventative and cosmetic dentistry.
Melissa strives to make every patient feel comfortable and cared for, whether it’s their first visit or a routine cleaning. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, going on walks with her boxer dog Ella and cheering on the Steelers.
